Sanduk Terms of Use
1. Service
Sanduk is a mobile preparation-planning app by Lillac Co. It helps users create kits, organize categories and items, track budgets, keep notes and photos, invite family members, and export preparation progress.
2. Account and Access
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Sanduk uses passwordless email sign-in. Activity performed through your account is treated as activity by you unless you report unauthorized access to us.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Sanduk may offer one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through the app store where you downloaded the app. Product names, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the app before purchase and again in the native store purchase sheet.
- Sanduk Pack: one-time premium access for one selected kit.
- Sanduk Plus: monthly premium access across your Sanduk account.
- Sanduk Premium: annual premium access across your Sanduk account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules of the app store account used for purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your app store account settings. Sanduk does not directly collect or store payment card details.
4. User Content
You keep responsibility for the kit names, item details, notes, images, budget values, and other content you add to Sanduk. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or includes unlawful material.
5. Sharing
When you invite family members or partners into a kit, they may see or edit information depending on the role you assign. You are responsible for choosing appropriate access levels.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Sanduk reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, store services, or infrastructure providers. Features may change as the product improves.
7. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in the Sanduk Privacy Policy.

Sanduk Kullanım Şartları
1. Hizmet
Sanduk, Lillac Co. tarafından sunulan bir mobil hazırlık planlama uygulamasıdır. Kullanıcıların sandık oluşturmasına, kategori ve kalemleri düzenlemesine, bütçe takibi yapmasına, not ve fotoğraf eklemesine, aile üyelerini davet etmesine ve hazırlık ilerlemesini dışa aktarmasına yardımcı olur.
2. Hesap ve Erişim
Sanduk şifresiz e-posta girişi kullanır. E-posta hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz erişim şüpheniz varsa bizimle iletişime geçmelisiniz.
3. Abonelikler ve Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar
Sanduk, uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağaza üzerinden tek seferlik satın alımlar ve otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunabilir. Ürün adı, fiyat, faturalama dönemi, yenileme koşulları ve iptal seçenekleri satın alma öncesinde uygulama içinde ve mağazanın yerel satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
- Sanduk Pack: seçili tek bir sandık için tek seferlik premium erişim.
- Sanduk Plus: Sanduk hesabı genelinde aylık premium erişim.
- Sanduk Premium: Sanduk hesabı genelinde yıllık premium erişim.
Abonelikler, satın alma yapılan mağaza hesabının kurallarına göre iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Abonelikleri mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Sanduk kart bilgisi toplamaz veya saklamaz.
4. Kullanıcı İçeriği
Sanduk'a eklediğiniz sandık adları, kalem detayları, notlar, görseller, bütçe değerleri ve diğer içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz.
5. Paylaşım
Bir sandığa aile üyesi veya partner davet ettiğinizde, verdiğiniz role göre bu kişiler bilgileri görüntüleyebilir veya düzenleyebilir. Uygun erişim seviyesini seçmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
6. Gizlilik
Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Sanduk Gizlilik Politikası içinde açıklanır.
